My name is Nawal, I’m French. I used to live in Paris but during the pandemic, with my family, we decide to leave the French capital to move to a small village in front of a river. Ten years ago, I create with my husband an agency called Brightness. We use to organise events - mainly creating inspiring experiences and content for communication events. For the past few years we’ve decided to focus our expertise on HR to create a learning culture in big corp to contribute to engage and develop talents. Sin 2009, I actively contributed to launch, develop and organise one the biggest TEDx : TEDxParis.
