I´ve been involved in formal and non formal education for 15 years. During that time I finished my studies in journalism and creative copywriting. I currently teach several subjects at a high school in Buenos Aires and coordinate and lead different projects (including TED Clubs). Also, as a tutor/preceptor Im in charge of insuring the social and academic integration and wellbeing of the students. At present I´m finishing my masters in Education and Public Policies.

Often, the compartmentalized character of contemporary high school curricula and teaching dynamics may tarnish the schools potential to make a difference in its students lives. The -also often- blunt commitment with the mare content of subjects rather than with the process of inspiration and the power of educative expectation from teacher to student undermine the schools real capability to transcend in the art of carving subjectivity. In this sense, the incorporation of emotional, inspirational, ethical and group dynamics related skills in teacher training will be paramount to adapt our schools to what students need and are looking for: meaning, identity and passion.
