I have been committed to activate personal as well as communities and nations to take meaningful action around the world for three decades. I have sensed since 2008 we have lived in a period of Chaotic Emergence... after it’s revealing yet painful journey We will arrive at Authentic Expression and our world will heal itself I strongly sense beyond the divides of our minds selecting us from each other and ultimately ourselves we will be left with the simple facts of Food Production and Water Rights - it will be this moment that will bring us all to our collective senses and heartfelt action Currently Cocreator of Sanara hotels and Creative Conscious Community Living Spaces ComCreator of Real Coconut food company and Conscious Kitchen Restaurants and Delivery Co Founder of “IF” Influence Foundation Background In 2005-7 he served as executive director of The Mineseeker Foundation whose patrons include Nelson Mandela, Richard Branson and Brad Pitt giving him a deep understanding of the needs of non-profits, and the issues facing humanity. In 2007 Charlie visioned and founded Humanity Unites Brilliance, a for profit social enterprise, when he was witness to the lack of ability that non profits, governmental agencies and United Nations had in dealing with natural disaster crisis in Mozambique that has engaged over 20000 members in 10 Countries.  Charlie established HUB to be self funded and managed by its member owned community and it has to date circulated over $7million as a referral global market place and is  also creating results through linking collaborative resources of its members. Since 2009 Charlie has been approached with various consulting and deal structuring rolls, with emphasis on Central America, Africa and its expanded links with European and USA businesses in areas of micro social enterprise, energy, nutrition, education and IT networks. He has also joined the board of Craft Link Kenya, supporting over 3000 micro enterprise artisans across Kenya In 2010 Charlie has been elected into the Club of Budapest whose members include Professor Ervin Laszlo, Mikhail Gorbachev, Bishop Desmond Tutu and Peter Gabriel. In the UK he is a co founder of The Centre for Social Brilliance which conducts a series of meetings and courses in 2010 at the Royal Society of Arts in London on Social Change.  Charlie continues to be engaged by corporation and management network groups to deliver speeches and workshops  in areas of Social Enterprise, Micro Finance, Corporate Responsibility and Change Management . He authored H.E.A.R, a philosophy outlined in a book.  Charlie started his career first in the UK in the 80’s with clients such as Nomura, Citibank, Ford, Konica and Chase, structuring event marketing programs and then moving into the 90’s in concert promotion with Pink Floyd, Pavarotti and Fleetwood Mac, before being invited to join CHER’s personal management organization in Los Angeles where he was responsible for managing commercial and music touring activities.  This also led to Charlie producing and being arrangements chairman for  multiple stadium and park events across the USA, also serving faith based organizations including Dr Billy Graham Crusades as well as Holy Cross Family Ministries. Charlie is also considered an industry expert in direct sales production and marketing, and  has been an entrepreneur producer and owner  generating over $1.5 Billion in direct sales in a series of beauty care and household products television infomercials in the USA. He has also sat on private and publicly held company boards in the UK and USA, experiencing business success, wind ups and restructuring. From 2001-07 in Hollywood, he worked in partnership with Frank Yablans, former President of Paramount Pictures and CEO of MGM, as a specialist in Film Fund financing both in the equity, tax rebate, insurance and hedge fund sectors.

Living an authentic life and serving and hearing myself more accurately so I know my self a little better in the next second of my life. This is enough.

In 2007 questions dawned upon me, that the generations-old, and relied upon models of charity-giving and even aid implementation may not be working. Also was it not as important for us,  in the developed world, to be prepared to learn how to receive so that we could share our resources and brilliance with our own community and world much more effectively?
 Ii had spent much of the first part of my life at school and then endeavoring to work hard. I was fortunate to have been involved in some significant business around the world,  and also having given myself  opportunity to move into a greater learning for myself. I found myself uniting good works in Mozambique as Executive Director of the Mineseeker Foundation and Sole of Africa whose patrons included Nelson Mandela, Sir Richard Branson and Brad Pitt, when cyclones and floods hit, forcing a massive refugee influx influx into camps. The United Nations had run out of resources for a food program and now the non-profits had no money.

And at this time Authentic Expression is fertile. An expression is gasping for air. As crisis stories struggle in death, agonizingly, crying out. And as our new herstory comes to be We recognize the choice for this planet is ours, Despite of us as much as because of us
