About Sacha

Bio

Sacha Taylor operates at the intersection of global influence, complexity, and narrative. She currently serves within the Saudi Arabian Government, advising His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; His Excellency Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Minister of Tourism and the Royal Court. Her work spans sovereign investment, foreign direct investment, bilateral and multilateral engagement and global positioning — including Saudi Arabia’s participation in the G20, FIFA, Expo, UN and the World Economic Forum. Previously, she advised private equity firms including Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners, and sovereign wealth funds including Mubadala Investment Company and the Public Investment Fund, working across their portfolios. She played a strategic role in transformational transactions in global telecommunications, including the merger involving T-Mobile US (majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom AG) and Sprint. She is drawn to moments where strategy shapes history. Ms. Taylor is a former Board Member to numerous global philanthropic initiatives including UNICEF. BUT…as a livsnjutare, she is definitely not always so serious! Originally from Atlanta and still remains very Southern, despite living in NYC for nearly 14 years. Sacha has lived in all of her “bucket list” cities - favorites remain Malibu and Aspen. Not so favorites: Palm Beach and Long Island. Loving Riyadh and living in the desert… Hope to meet and visit at this last TED here in Vancouver!
