I created a Youth Association called "Generation B-Bright" that is helping the young people of Cabo Verde in the transition plan from the University to their first job. In Generation B-Bright we provide non-formal skills to young people, we empower them and we create future leaders. Our focus is to improve their Communications Skills, English, Microsoft Office, Civic Engagement and make them aware how business world really works
