Dr Lillian Gregory (hc) is a U.S. Air Force Gulf War Veteran who later developed a multi-faceted career as a Technologist, Veteran Leadership Advisor, Newsweek and Forbes Industry Expert, TEDx Curator, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient, Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Author, former Member of Board of Directors, and AEC General Contractor with room to grow. As Founder and CEO of The 4D Unicorn LLC and Honest Trades LLC in partnership with Anna Louise Academy, Paul and Anna CDC, and Skyscraper Innovations, Dr Gregory is best known for thoughtful leadership that disrupts, evolves, and innovates Next-Level Community Solutions to address affordable housing for Women Veterans and vulnerable populations. Having earned a reputation for seeing things differently, for providing expert analyses and strategies, and for delivering outstanding results, Dr Gregory's persistent hard work, creativity, and thoughtful leadership are guided by passion for in-depth research, innovative tools, targeted workshops, and exclusive events through which to transform organizations and communities into 21st century marvels. Whether serving in the U.S. Air Force or as Head of Workforce Planning and Analytics or as Program Director for 5G Technology Innovations or as AEC General Contractor for real estate projects across multiple states or one of many roles in between, Dr Gregory has had the privilege of leading teams while launching complex programs with Fortune 500 companies who implement large-scale digital and culture transformations. As an AEC General Contractor, Dr Gregory leads pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution, working closely with municipal leaders, trades, owners, and partners to deliver real-estate projects safely, on time, and within budget. With focus on quality, accountability, and collaboration, translating design intent into actionable construction solutions, Dr Gregory manages risks and drives successful project outcomes. Equipped with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Industrial and Organizational Psychology while pursuing an MBA, Dr Gregory continues to upskill and expand her 21st-century expertise through initiatives with the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Habitat for Humanity (HFH), Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands (COSL), and Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA). In December 2025, the Global International Alliance conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism on Dr Gregory for her service and contributions. Dr Gregory fearlessly breaks ground in new areas while delivering outstanding results.

I'm a US Veteran with the heart and soul of a leader, a warrior, and a servant. I lead by example and deliver excellence in all that I do. I break through barriers wherever I encounter them. I serve others with humility and I create positive impact. As I have visited and explored different countries and communities around the world, I see so many brilliant people who are not aware that they are brilliant. My next level of service is about bringing as many of these voices and ideas to the forefront as possible. TEDx allows me to do that.
