Sean Cookson

I’m passionate about helping others be their best, especially through leading great teams that do great work. I practiced martial arts for 30 years and during that time was involved in teaching women’s and children’s self-defence and risk minimisation strategies, which flows into another area I am passionate about, eliminating domestic violence and taking an active stand to combat violence against women. I’m also passionate about matters relating to helping refugees and the socially disadvantaged and have been actively involved as a former board member of the Wayside Chapel (an inner Sydney crisis centre). Of course my main passion is my family (and cooking for them!).
