Bio

Mohammad-Hossein is a software engineer from Shiraz University. After finishing his B.Sc. he did not continue his education and worked for a year in a social network corporation named "Vamardom" in Tehran. Following that he came back to his hometown to start the projects he had in mind for many years. He considers himself as a manager more than an engineer. Conducting events for motivation and helping people to find their life purposes is the most likely jobs for him. Because of this, he tried to participate in local communities such as Shiraz startup grind for networking and getting familiar with people who can help people by motivating them and telling their stories. During 2011-2015 he was a member of Break Time in University conducting team. As a note: Break Time in University known as BTiU is a 3 day campus convention for high school students to become familiar with university environment and many out of ordinary aspects of learning happening annually in Shiraz University. He was the president of BTiU 6th annual convention. He believes that new lifestyle and modern living and specially technology lead humans to loneliness and many more social problems. Helping people to use technology as a mean and not as a goal is one of his aims in life.

The TED story

First Time I got familiar with TED was by watching the talk "Do schools kill creativity?" from Sir Ken Robinson. One of my best friends sent me this talk and persuaded me to see it. After that I searched about TED’s best talks. Because of this, me and my friends started to make a local database of our favourite TED talks and suggested them to others. The next year I went to TEDxTehran as a participant and got interested in conducting a local one. After that I got familiar with Farokh Shahabinezhad (Co-Organizer of TEDxTehran 2015) and the other team members and worked with them as a host in TEDxTehran 2015.
