An idea worth spreading

Imagine if we had a ISS-like space station in orbit around Mars and small habitats on the surface of both Mars and the Moon. We could use ion-propulsion engines to travel between orbiting stations and then more conventional shuttle-like propulsion engines for going back and forth to the ground. We landed on the moon in less than a decade. We could do this by 2025 if we put the nation behind it.
