Successfully recruiting high performing leaders and their teams, as well as providing advisory and consultation services including organizational and career development, her relationships span leading venture capital firms, design led organizations as well as cultural and educational institutions. Working with a wide range of CEOs, Designer-Founders, executive teams and companies at various stages of their growth and development – from early stage startups to Fortune 500 – Judy navigates the complexities and cross-cultural contexts that make up the strategic fabric of a given organization. Her broad range of industry expertise spans data driven (stealth) startups, fashion/lifestyle retailers, pioneers in the sharing economy, software multinationals, architecture and space, consumer electronics, music for the home, disruptive news, mission driven brands and innovation consultancies. A design practitioner by training, Judy worked for several design consultancies before discovering executive search in 1991.
