Bio
Osama Yahya Ayesh Baqadi is a humanitarian and development leader dedicated to empowering communities through local leadership and sustainable solutions. As the Aden Office Manager at Pure Hands, an international humanitarian organization, he leads programs that improve access to healthcare, clean water, food security, and economic opportunities across Yemen.
He is the founder of Nahdat Shabab Foundation for Development and a co-founder of Yemen Aid, where he has championed youth leadership and community-driven initiatives. Osama believes that sustainable change begins when local communities are empowered to lead their own development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and is currently pursuing an MBA, with a focus on strategic leadership and institutional governance.
