I am an undergraduate Electrical Engineering student at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai, with a deep interest in technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community building. Beyond academics, I have actively contributed to student-led initiatives by organizing events, collaborating with diverse teams, and creating platforms that encourage learning and meaningful conversations.I believe that the most impactful ideas often emerge when people from different backgrounds come together to share their experiences, challenge conventional thinking, and inspire one another. This belief has driven my involvement in leadership roles across student organizations, where I have worked on initiatives that connect students with industry leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and alumni.As the organizer of TEDxVJTI, my goal is to create an experience that goes beyond a series of talks. I want to build a platform where breakthrough ideas, untold stories, and diverse perspectives spark curiosity, encourage dialogue, and inspire action. I am committed to upholding the values of TED by curating authentic speakers, fostering meaningful discussions, and ensuring that every attendee leaves with a new way of thinking about the world around them.

Whether it is technology, entrepreneurship, finance, science, design, social impact, or the arts, every field has stories capable of changing how people think and act.As Secretary of TEDxVJTI, I have seen how much effort goes into building a platform where every detail contributes to a memorable experience. Beyond managing responsibilities and coordinating with different teams, I enjoy bringing people together around a shared vision. Organizing an event is not just about logistics; it is about creating an environment where speakers can share authentic ideas and audiences leave inspired to think differently.Outside TEDx, I am passionate about technology, innovation, leadership, and lifelong learning. I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, understanding how they shape society, and connecting with people who are solving real-world problems. I believe curiosity is one of the most valuable qualities a person can develop because it leads to continuous learning and meaningful innovation.Ultimately, I am passionate about building communities that encourage dialogue, challenge assumptions, and empower people to transform ideas into action. My goal is to help create experiences that continue to inspire long after the event has ended.

The world's greatest challenges are rarely solved by people who think alike they are solved when diverse perspectives come together around a common purpose. In an age where algorithms often reinforce existing beliefs and short-form content dominates our attention, meaningful dialogue has never been more important.I believe that innovation begins with curiosity and that every individual, regardless of their profession or background, has experiences capable of changing how others think. A researcher can inspire an entrepreneur. An artist can influence an engineer. A social worker can reshape a business leader's understanding of impact. When ideas cross disciplines, they create opportunities for breakthroughs that would not exist in isolation. TEDx provides a unique platform where these intersections happen naturally. My connection with TED began not through organizing events but through watching talks that challenged the way I viewed the world. I was fascinated by how a single idea, presented with clarity and authenticity, could inspire millions of people across cultures and professions. TED showed me that meaningful change often begins with a conversation and that powerful ideas are not limited to famous personalities—they can come from anyone with a unique perspective and the courage to share it.This belief motivated me to become part of TEDxVJTI, where I currently serve as the Secretary. Being involved behind the scenes has given me a deeper appreciation for the responsibility of curating an event that reflects the values of TED. Every speaker selection, planning discussion, and organizational decision contributes to creating an experience that informs, inspires, and connects people.For me, TEDx is more than an event; it is a platform that encourages curiosity, celebrates diverse perspectives, and creates opportunities for meaningful dialogue. My goal is to help build an event where attendees leave with fresh ideas, speakers feel heard, and conversations continue long after the final talk. I hope to contribute to a culture where knowledge is shared openly, differences are respected, and ideas have the power to inspire positive change.

People often see the visible side of organizing events, but they rarely notice the work that happens behind the scenes. One of my strengths is bringing structure to complex situations. I enjoy coordinating multiple teams, managing timelines, solving unexpected challenges, and ensuring that everyone stays aligned toward a common goal. I remain calm under pressure and enjoy finding practical solutions when plans need to change. I also enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and understanding their perspectives. Whether working with speakers, volunteers, faculty members, or sponsors, I believe effective communication and collaboration are essential for building successful events and lasting relationships.Another skill that people don't immediately associate with me is my curiosity for technology and continuous learning. I enjoy exploring new ideas, understanding emerging trends, and applying what I learn to real-world projects. I believe the combination of organization, curiosity, and teamwork allows me to contribute meaningfully to every initiative I am part of.These are qualities that I continue to develop as Secretary of TEDxVJTI, and I hope to use them to help create experiences that leave a lasting impact on both speakers and audiences.
