Nikolas has spent over three decades working with leadership at more than 600 leading organizations at the frontline of futures, strategy and disruption - including NASA, Disney, Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, VISA, Procter & Gamble, Metro Vancouver, City of Ottawa, UK Highways, Government of the Cayman Islands, US Department of State, United Nations, World Intellectual Property Organization and many more.
His new book - ‘The Hope Engineer’s Playbook, How Leaders Build Vision, Pathways and Energy for Better Futures’ - offers leaders a next-level layer of futures thinking, guided by hope, energy for change and wisdom.
