I’m a student leader and early-stage entrepreneur driven by one core idea: meaningful communities create meaningful impact. Through founding and leading initiatives such as Elysium Empresa and Colloquium Model UN, and serving in advisory and director-level roles across youth-led organizations, I’ve learned how to turn ideas into structured outcomes — from concept development and team building to execution and public engagement. My experience spans leadership, strategic planning, event management, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong emphasis on communication and accountability. Working with diverse teams has helped me understand how vision, consistency, and people-centric leadership shape successful projects. I’m particularly interested in environments that encourage innovation, dialogue, and responsibility. At this stage, my focus is on learning through action — building, leading, reflecting, and improving with every initiative I take on.
