I graduated from the Department of Nursing at SANKO University. I aim to pursue an academic path and contribute to knowledge generation as a future scholar. Since 2020, I have been working in social media management. Through the Hemsireussapiens platform, which I founded and actively manage, I aim to highlight the knowledge, quality, and intellectual aspects of the nursing profession. Achieving a steady growth trajectory since its inception, this platform has also become a productive space where I have enhanced my graphic design skills. By combining the accumulated knowledge of the past with digital technologies, we have cultivated a new nursing culture. Under the umbrella of Hemsireussapiens, I create digital designs and products, managing their entire sales lifecycle. In addition, I have taken on active roles in numerous associations and non-governmental organizations. Together with my teams, we have developed various projects and submitted applications to several competitions, which are currently under evaluation. As someone who values making professional contribution sustainable, I am the publisher, founder, and designer of the nursing magazine published under the name Hemsireussapiens. Our magazine is published twice a year, in June and December. Throughout this process, I actively manage every stage, from content production and design to editorial planning and publication coordination. I am a passionate reader and aim to contribute to the nursing profession from a scientific, cultural, and aesthetic perspective. As an individual striving for continuous self-improvement, creation, and leaving a mark on the world, I value not merely existing, but adding meaning to my field and building success through this mindset. “Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. In 2020, I had two things in hand: a deep respect for my profession on one side, and the infinite canvas of the digital world on the other. I sat before my graphic design screen and began translating a vision into words, colors, and lines. Thus, Hemsireussapiens was born—meaning "wise, thinking, and questioning nurses..." My goal was not simply to launch a social media account. It was to take the deep-rooted knowledge of our professional past and blend it with the aesthetics of the digital age to build a new nursing culture. While designing digital guides and products, we simultaneously brought to life an independent, bi-annual magazine that reveals the scientific and cultural depth of our profession. At every stage—from content strategy and graphic design to editorial processes and non-governmental projects—I realized that design is not merely about making a visual look beautiful. Design is about making an idea visible. We began designing the intellectual soul of the nursing profession. There is a quote by Nikola Tesla that I deeply resonate with: “Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. The present is theirs; the future, for which I have really worked, is mine.” Standing here today, I am not telling only my story. I am sharing the story of "the future we are working on" alongside the young colleagues I walk shoulder-to-shoulder with in non-governmental organizations, projects, and competitions. The future will not belong to those trapped within the walls of a single discipline, but to those who connect them. Those who bridge healthcare with art, science with digital aesthetics, and academia with entrepreneurship will build tomorrow. I have read hundreds of books; on every page, I became a guest in someone else's mind. But what I loved most was rewriting the story of my own profession. I chose not merely to exist, but to bring meaning to the field I inhabit. Whatever your field may be, do not fear redefining it through digital tools, intellectual curiosity, and an artistic perspective. The wisdom of the past is not a burden on our shoulders; it is the strongest foundation from which we spring into the future. Because while the present may belong to those who merely maintain routine... The future—built with aesthetics, knowledge, and passion—is undeniably ours.
