About Megan
Bio
—Short—
Megan works at the intersection of capital and climate, with 20+ years of experience raising funds, launching new initiatives, and bringing together the people needed to get big, complex things done - including many years bridging philanthropy and finance, and earning an MBA mid-career to mobilize more capital into climate.
—Long —
She is COO of All Aboard, a collaborative investment platform founded by Chris Anderson, designed to unlock capital and help scale climate solutions at the “missing middle” where capital needs outpace early venture appetite and exceed the risk tolerance of later-stage investors.
Megan has built and led fundraising efforts ranging from $4M to $12B, working closely with philanthropists and investors.
She previously served as Vice President at Breakthrough Energy, and prior to that spent seven years at The Nature Conservancy where she led a global transformation of an 800-person fundraising organization across 79 countries—helping grow annual revenue from $800M to $1.3B—and helped build a climate tech co-investment program within its $4B investment portfolio.
Her long-term focus on conservation and climate was born during a formative experience at a remote field station in Kenya 1995.
Megan is a lifelong competitive rower, loves long walks in the woods, and the occasional jigsaw puzzle. She lives in her native Florida, where she is raising her daughters to appreciate the springs, wetlands, and wild places that first shaped her connection to the natural world. She holds degrees from Hollins University, Vermont Law School, and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
