Bio
Nur Irdina Nasuha works across event operations, coordination, and programme support, with a focus on building the structure that keeps events running smoothly behind the scenes.
Experience includes supporting competitions and STEM-related programmes in fast-paced environments where precision, timing, and consistency matter. The work often involves tracking details, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring execution follows through as planned.
Alongside operations, there has also been involvement in outreach and partnership work—engaging with external parties and supporting collaborations across different communities and organisations.
Dina has also been part of the coordination process of a TEDx programme, gaining exposure to how ideas are shaped, structured, and delivered through teamwork and execution beyond the stage.
Naturally drawn to roles that require responsibility, adaptability, and clear communication across different groups, with a steady focus on making sure things function as intended.
An idea worth spreading
Strength doesn’t always look like confidence.
Sometimes it looks like showing up while doubting yourself.
Sometimes it looks like choosing the harder path without knowing if it will work.
Sometimes it’s caring deeply—even when it would be easier not to.
We often think impact comes from people who are certain, outspoken, and sure of who they are. But there are also people who are still figuring things out, still questioning, and still unsure—yet continue to show up for others again and again.
Maybe strength is not about having it all together.
Maybe it’s about continuing, even when you don’t.
