I'm passionate about
I am passionate about communication, leadership and creating opportunities for young people to grow beyond their immediate environments. Through my experience in IELTS instruction, student advising and leading a public speaking community, I have seen how confidence, guidance and the right platform can transform individuals. I am especially driven by cross-cultural exchange and international education. I believe that exposure to diverse perspectives empowers people to think bigger and act more purposefully. Ultimately, I am passionate about building spaces where ideas, voices and potential can be developed and shared.
An idea worth spreading
An idea I believe is worth spreading is that success is shaped less by talent alone and more by the environment we choose. Many young people focus only on setting goals, without realizing that their surroundings, access to opportunities, networks, and exposure play a critical role in shaping their potential. Having experienced different cultures and education systems, I’ve seen how the right environment can completely transform a person’s trajectory. In a context like Nepal, where opportunities may feel limited, encouraging young people to actively seek out growth-oriented communities and global exposure can expand what they believe is possible for themselves.

The TED story
My journey with TEDx began a long time ago. I have been watching TEDx talks for years and have been drawn to the power of ideas and the way a single talk can shift perspectives and inspire action. This early exposure sparked my deep interest in public speaking and meaningful communication. Over time, this interest evolved into action. I became an IELTS instructor, actively engaged in student advising and eventually founded and am currently leading a public speaking community at my college, where I organize debates and help others build confidence in expressing their ideas. My experiences in Model United Nations, international programs and cross-cultural environments have further strengthened my belief in the importance of dialogue and diverse perspectives.
Things you might not know
I trained in Flamenco dancing for nearly a decade. It’s something very different from my academic and professional work but it has shaped my discipline, confidence and sense of expression.
