I am an education leader dedicated to advancing student-centered learning in Cambodia. As an active member of various educational leadership communities, I collaborate with others to strengthen education quality nationwide. I focus on developing future-ready students through critical thinking, leadership, and real-world skills.

I have spent years working in education in Cambodia, often asking: Are we preparing students only for exams, or for life? Since 2024, we have organized two TEDx events, creating a platform to hear the voices of our future leaders. Through these experiences, I have seen how powerful it is when young people are given the opportunity to share ideas, express themselves, and inspire others. I believe education should go beyond academics. It should shape students with good moral conduct, a strong Khmer identity, and a deep love for their family and country. By encouraging kindness through meaningful charity and community engagement, we help them grow into compassionate individuals. My TEDx journey is about continuing to open spaces for young voices—so they are not only heard, but empowered to lead and create positive change in Cambodia.

I am good at guiding others with patience and intention, helping them grow not only academically, but also in values and character.
