I am the Executive Director at the Arête Glacier Initiative, where we’re advancing a science-led effort to better predict sea-level rise and explore whether glacier collapse can be slowed through nature-inspired interventions. We combine observational science with AI and machine learning to build more accurate models of glacier dynamics and rigorously assess interventions that could one day slow the collapse of West Antarctica. Prior to this, I was a VP at Twitter, where I led global partnerships and various strategic initiatives.
