I am Jana Elhadidy a second-year AI Engineering student at New Ismailia National University. I am passionate about communication, leadership, and creating valuable experiences with others. Since school, I have joined many competitions, including the international ROV Underwater Robotics Challenge. These experiences helped me grow in confidence, teamwork, and responsibility. Alongside my academic journey, I care deeply about growth and creativity. I ranked fourth in my university last semester, and I always work to improve myself. I have also practiced many sports since childhood, which taught me discipline and teamwork. and I love drawing and coloring, which reflect my creative side. I believe that strong communication, creative thinking, and teamwork can create real impact. Communication is one of my strongest skills. I enjoy connecting with people, sharing ideas, and creating a positive environment in any team. At university, I took leadership roles in several teams, which helped me develop my leadership, organization, and presentation skills. I enjoy speaking in front of others and sharing ideas in a clear and confidence .

I am passionate about bringing people together through ideas and good communication. I love being in places where people can share their thoughts, learn from each other, and feel inspired to grow. I care about creating positive energy, supporting teamwork, and helping people feel heard and included. I also love creativity, because I believe it makes ideas stronger and more meaningful. For me, passion is not only about what I do, but also about the kind of positive impact I want to leave on the people around me

An idea worth spreading is that young people can create real impact when they are trusted, supported, and given the space to express their ideas. So many students have potential, creativity, and important thoughts, but sometimes they just need one real opportunity to be seen and heard. I believe that when young people feel encouraged, they become more confident, more motivated, and more ready to grow. Even one small chance can help someone discover their voice and make a difference. Giving young people the space to speak does not only change them, but can also bring fresh ideas, positive energy, and meaningful change to the people around them

My TED story comes from my love for ideas, learning, and communication. What inspires me most about TED is how one idea, when shared honestly and clearly, can change the way people think and feel. As a student of AI Engineering, I am excited by innovation, but I also care deeply about people, creativity, and community. Through competitions, leadership roles, presentations, and my academic journey, I have learned that ideas become more powerful when they are shared in the right space. That is why TEDx feels so meaningful to me. I would love to help create a platform where students and speakers can inspire others and remind people that great ideas can come from anywhere

People don't always know that I really enjoy meeting new people and building good connections with them. I like talking to different kinds of people, understanding their personalities ,share our ideas and learning from each other. This helps me communicate well, work better in teams, and build strong relationships naturally
