Bio
I am a proud mother of a 9-year-old boy and a passionate teacher who truly loves her work. Every day in the classroom reminds me of the impact educators can have on the lives and perspectives of their students. I hold a degree in Communication and believe strongly in the power of ideas, dialogue, and storytelling to connect people. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing volleyball every week with my friends, a time that keeps me active and connected to the people I care about. I also work in my family’s business, where I feel grateful to support my father and contribute to something that represents our shared effort and history. Being part of keeping our family legacy alive and moving forward is something I carry with great pride.
I'm passionate about
Education, family, friendship, sports (specially volleyball and tennis), travelling, speding time in nature, recicling, cero waste, handy krafts, music, dance, concerts, leadership, values.
An idea worth spreading
Always do your best and never forget to look after others. Life is not worthy if we only look after out selves. Life is more reach, more easy, less heavy and rewarding when we grow without stepping in others.
The TED story
As a teacher, TED has become a valuable resource in my classroom. In my classes we focus on public speaking and communication skills, so I often use TED Talks as examples for my students. Together we watch, analyze, and evaluate different talks to understand what makes an idea powerful and how speakers connect with their audience. TED videos help my students and I to learn, reflect, and get inspired to share our own ideas with confidence, learning something new every day.
