Naitik Kushwaha is a student of ideas, driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the world beyond its obvious narratives. As a student at VidyaGyan Leadership Academy, he explores the intersections of creativity, leadership, technology, and human perspectives, constantly seeking new ways to question, learn, and evolve. As the Social Media and Marketing Head at TEDx VidyaGyan School Sitapur and a Saarthi Ambassador, Naitik engages with platforms that encourage meaningful conversations and the exchange of ideas. He views communication not merely as a way to express thoughts, but as a means of connecting perspectives, challenging assumptions, and making ideas resonate with others. His interests extend across art, storytelling, public speaking, and the evolving world of technology and artificial intelligence. Equally drawn to analytical challenges and creative exploration, he enjoys discovering the unexpected connections between seemingly unrelated fields. His experiences in basketball, painting, and collaborative initiatives have further shaped his understanding of discipline, teamwork, and the value of diverse perspectives. Having grown through the experiences of residential school life, Naitik has come to appreciate the importance of independence, adaptability, and learning beyond conventional classrooms. His journey has also strengthened his belief that personal growth often begins with the willingness to question familiar assumptions and embrace unfamiliar possibilities. At the heart of his pursuits lies a simple yet enduring curiosity: to understand why things are the way they are, imagine how they could be different, and explore the possibilities that emerge when ideas are given the space to evolve.

My journey with TEDx has been nothing short of transformative. From being fascinated by the power of ideas to becoming the Social Media and Marketing Head at TEDx VidyaGyan School Sitapur, every step has taught me something beyond what I could have imagined. Being part of this journey has allowed me to explore the art of storytelling, creativity, and communication. Behind every post, every visual, and every campaign lies a story waiting to be told. And somewhere between deadlines, brainstorming sessions, and countless creative experiments, I discovered how deeply I love bringing ideas to life. Of course, the journey hasn't always been easy. There have been moments of uncertainty, creative blocks, and challenges that tested my patience. Yet, each experience reminded me that growth begins when we dare to step beyond our comfort zones. As Lord Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita, "कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन" we have the right to perform our duties, not to be attached to their results. This thought continues to inspire me to give my best, embrace the process, and trust the journey. Today, TEDx is more than a title for me; it is a part of my growth, my memories, and the person I am becoming. I am deeply grateful to my mentors and teammates who have made this experience so meaningful. And as we continue to explore, evolve, and emerge, I hope to help ideas find their voices and reach hearts beyond the stage.

People don't know I'm good at mathematics and logical reasoning. I genuinely enjoy solving challenging problems, identifying patterns, and approaching questions from different perspectives. For me, every problem is a little puzzle waiting to be solved, and the satisfaction of finding the logic behind it is what keeps me curious.
