Neda Aria is an academic and education leader with a PhD in Innovation Management. She has worked across higher education in roles including Director of Academic Affairs at the London Institute of Business & Technology and lecturer at Siam Technology College. Her work focuses on rethinking how education is designed and delivered, combining curriculum design, data-informed teaching, and innovative learning strategies to improve educational outcomes, and particularly interested in how modern education systems can evolve to become more adaptive, practical, and impactful.

I am passionate about education, academic innovation, and the development of learning systems that improve student outcomes. My work focuses on combining research, strategy, and teaching practice to create more effective and impactful educational environments. I am also interested in curriculum development, data-driven learning approaches, and the integration of modern tools in education and content creation.

When teaching is informed by data, shaped by real-world application, and supported by continuous improvement, it can transform not only learners but entire institutions. Academic excellence should not be static but it needs to evolves through innovation in strategy, curriculum design, and engagement methods.
