An idea worth spreading
With the integration of technology in our daily life, along with it comes comfort, speed, and the instant dopamine that we feel through devices like our phones. We are taught about productivity and efficiency, yet at the same time, we lose our ability to focus and push through our hard moments without escape. The main takeaway is that discipline, or the relentless urge to do what is hard even when you do not feel like it, is becoming lost in a world built for distraction and instant gratification.
