Viviane Okorie is a registered nurse turned multi-venture entrepreneur who has spent over a decade building businesses across healthcare, e-commerce, and community services while raising a family. She is the founder of Women of Scale, where she helps service-based women entrepreneurs build companies that can run without depending on their constant presence. A self-described shy and timid woman who once wanted to disappear during the lowest moment of her career, Viviane now studies the opposite instinct: what happens when we stay. Her work explores failure, discomfort, and the truth that the moments we most want to escape are often the ones that feed our growth.

Helping mom entrepreneurs build businesses that do not depend on them being everywhere at once. I care about the difference between a business that runs on systems and one that runs on a person until that person burns out.
