Bio

Sana’a is a cultural strategist and entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience curating strategic collaborations and managing relationships across public and private institutions in the UAE. Her work focuses on building meaningful connections between communities, education, and cultural dialogue. Throughout her career, she has led the development of cultural immersion programmes that bring together educators, students, and diverse stakeholders. These initiatives aim to create lasting societal impact by encouraging exchange, understanding, and leadership among emerging generations. Sana’a has also directed large scale events, conferences, and community initiatives, overseeing complex programmes that engage wide audiences and multiple partners. Her approach combines strategic planning with storytelling, ensuring that each initiative creates both cultural relevance and public value. As the founder of a cultural exchange platform, Sana’a designs long term narratives that connect micro communities and cultures within shared spaces. Her work focuses on empowering young people, nurturing creative talent, and building sustainable collaborations between cultural practitioners, entrepreneurs, and institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Education from Zayed University and a Master of Public Administration with honours from the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, where her research explored frameworks for developing digital cultural assets for global audiences. Sana’a is deeply committed to youth development and cultural dialogue, regularly creating programmes that support leadership, talent discovery, and community storytelling.
