Bio

I am a mother and a passionate educator. I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature from the Lebanese University and currently work as a university lecturer in English at MUBS, teaching public speaking and critical thinking courses to inspire and empower students.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about both education and fashion, seeing them as complementary forms of expression. In the classroom, I inspire students through public speaking and critical thinking, while in fashion, I explore creativity, self-expression, and the confidence that comes from presenting oneself authentically. Both fields allow me to empower others and celebrate individuality.

An idea worth spreading

True inspiration doesn’t always come from grand achievements; it comes from recognizing and celebrating the small, consistent steps that lead to growth. By focusing on tiny victories—learning a new skill, speaking up in a meeting, completing a small project—we create momentum, build confidence, and inspire others to keep going even when the end goal feels distant. Inspiration isn’t just in the big moments; it’s in the everyday courage to move forward.

The TED story

My TED story is about the journey of empowering voices—both mine and those of my students. As a university lecturer in English, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of public speaking and critical thinking: how a single idea, expressed with confidence, can ignite change. Alongside my passion for fashion, I’ve learned that self-expression, whether through words or style, builds courage and inspires others to step into their own power.
