Bio
I am a high school student and youth leader passionate about public health, cultural diversity, and community impact. As president of my school’s HOSA chapter and founder of a multicultural club at my school, I work to create spaces that amplify student voices and bring people together across different backgrounds. I am also highly involved in my school’s speech team, where I have experienced success through consistent placements and opportunities to compete and travel. My interests in healthcare and advocacy are shaped by my volunteer experiences at my local hospital and ongoing work in women’s health education. I am also especially interested in exploring different cultures through dance and traditional instruments like the durbaan and kebero. As I aim to organize a TedxYouth event, I hope to highlight diverse perspectives and inspire meaningful conversations that strengthen communities.
