I am a community-driven organizer and International Business graduate with a strong passion for building meaningful initiatives and impactful events. My work focuses on coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and team development within youth-led and community-based projects. I believe that well-organized teams, clear systems, and human-centered ideas are key to turning challenges into opportunities and creating sustainable impact.

I’m passionate about community work, youth empowerment, organizing impactful events, building effective teams, and creating spaces where collaboration, ideas, and human stories lead to real and lasting change.

I believe that real change doesn’t come from ideas alone, but from systems and teams that turn those ideas into action. I deeply believe that there are dedicated and capable young people everywhere, able to create meaningful change in any place they are in. What they often need is a supportive environment and people who believe in them, motivate them, and walk alongside them so the change they create truly serves people and improves their lives in the best possible way.

I applied to TEDx Taiz at the beginning of 2025 after witnessing a close friend participate in TEDx Taiz 2023. That experience led to a clear and meaningful transformation in his life personally, professionally, and in his level of awareness. Seeing the impact that TEDx had on him made me certain that I wanted to be part of this journey. From that moment, I decided that once applications opened again, I would apply and I was grateful to be accepted into the Coordination and Organization team. I have always been driven by the desire to leave a positive impact on the people around me. Through my involvement in various community initiatives, I realized that meaningful change doesn’t happen by chance it requires people who are willing to take responsibility and contribute intentionally. I often ask myself: If not me, then who? And if not now, then when? This mindset continues to shape the way I approach my work and my role within teams. Being part of the TEDx community allows me to contribute to creating environments where ideas, people, and collaboration come together. TEDx represents more than an event to me it is a platform that empowers individuals, amplifies human stories, and transforms inspiration into action. Through my role, I aim to support others, strengthen teamwork, and help turn ideas into experiences that genuinely serve people and create lasting impact.
