A humanitarian and project management professional, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and advanced training in project management, Protection, WASH, and CCCM. I have extensive field and managerial experience with local and international organizations across food security, water and sanitation, protection, and education sectors. I have held supervisory and leadership roles involving coordination with partners and government authorities, team management, and the implementation and monitoring of field activities. I am experienced in report writing, project proposal development, needs assessments, community engagement in conflict-affected settings, and negotiation. I possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

I am passionate about business administration, with a strong interest in learning artificial intelligence and data analysis. I am also deeply committed to humanitarian work and serving conflict-affected communities, aiming to create tangible impact through effective project management and the development of sustainable solutions.
The TED story
My story with TEDx Taiz 2025 as the Monitoring & Evaluation and Human Resources Team Lead was a journey full of energy, enthusiasm, and volunteerism. I gained a great deal of experience, skills, and knowledge that significantly strengthened my abilities across various fields. Most importantly, it was the exceptional team I worked with—meeting talented and experienced young men and women with diverse skills made me a better person.
Overall, it was a story truly worth living in every detail—an outstanding and inspiring experience by all measures.
