Rawal Sher Sipra is a software engineering student with a strong passion for creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Currently pursuing his degree at Beaconhouse International College (LJMU), he combines technical learning with a creative mindset to explore how ideas, technology, and storytelling can drive meaningful change. With foundational experience in coding, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies, Rawal believes creativity is the core of innovation and personal growth. Young people often label themselves early: “I’m not creative,” “I’m not good at ideas,” “I’m only technical.” This belief quietly limits their confidence and future choices. The idea challenges this mindset by showing that creativity is not about talent or art—it is about curiosity, experimentation, and courage to try.

I didn’t discover TED on my own. A really good friend introduced me to TED Talks at a time when I was still figuring out who I was and what I was good at. Watching those talks made me realize that idea simple ideas can change the way we think, feel, and act.

What people don’t see is that behind my quiet learning, I’m constantly connecting ideas, experimenting, and thinking creatively about how things can work better.
