Bio
I have a curious mind and believe that change begins with a single idea and the courage to act on it. Fascinated by leadership, motivation, and the human side of performance, I believe small mindset shifts are the foundation for long-term change.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about personal growth, leadership, and understanding how people perform and collaborate in real-world environments. Through my academic journey and internships in logistics and freight forwarding, and volunteer experiences, I have developed a strong interest in how communication, teamwork, motivation, and adaptability shape individual and organizational success. I am especially passionate about learning how supportive work cultures and continuous learning can help young professionals unlock their potential and grow with confidence.
An idea worth spreading
I think True success is not achieved by pressure or perfection, but by aligning purpose, motivation, and human wellbeing. When people feel valued and understood, performance and innovation naturally follow.
The TED story
My TED story is rooted in my journey as a student and early professional navigating academic life, internships, and volunteer experiences. While working in fast-paced logistics environments and participating in team-based activities, I realized that success is rarely driven by technical skills alone but it is shaped by communication, motivation, and how people are treated within teams. Through my academic journey and real world observations, I have seen how encouragement, learning opportunities, and human connection can build confidence and enhance performance, while pressure driven systems often lead to burnout rather than excellence. TEDx offers me a platform to share an idea that challenges conventional views of success and emphasizes the importance of nurturing people early in their careers by creating environments where purpose, understanding, and wellbeing lead to sustainable growth.
People don't know I'm good at
People don’t know that I’m good at learning from observation. I often notice small details in how teams work, how motivation changes, and how communication affects performance and insights that have shaped the way I think about leadership and growth. I am also good at making friends and building relations with people.
