About Vivek

I am a…

Designer, Event planner, Job-seeker, Project manager, Student

Bio

Driven by a curiosity for process optimization and problem-solving, I am especially interested in managing uncertainty, improving workflows, and aligning people, resources, and timelines. Through this interest, I aim to develop skills that enable organizations and initiatives to operate more effectively, sustainably, and at scale.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about how complex systems come together and actually work in the real world, especially in areas like project management and supply chain operations. I enjoy understanding how planning, coordination, and decision-making behind the scenes can turn ideas into outcomes. What really interests me is the challenge of managing uncertainty, optimizing processes, and ensuring that people, resources, and timelines align efficiently. Whether it’s improving workflows, solving logistical problems, or learning how large systems stay resilient under pressure, I’m motivated by the impact that strong project management and effective supply chains can have on organizations and everyday life.

An idea worth spreading

Great project management isn’t about rigid plans—it’s about clarity, adaptability, and people. When teams focus on aligning goals, communicating transparently, and responding intelligently to change, projects succeed even in uncertain environments.

Areas of expertise

Project planning and scheduling, Resource allocation and timeline management, Supply chain coordination and logistics planning

The TED story

My TED story is still at the starting line. I don’t have a dramatic backstory or years of experience to point to just a willingness to begin. What pushed me forward was a simple belief: ideas have power, and creating a space where they can be shared and discussed can be just as meaningful as delivering a talk yourself. Organizing this TEDx event marks the first step in that journey for me. It’s a chance to learn how ideas are discovered, shaped, and amplified through teamwork and shared effort. I don’t see this experience as having all the answers, but as showing up with curiosity, taking responsibility, and helping build something that might spark inspiration in others. This is where my TED journey truly begins.

Things you might not know

People don’t usually know that I’m good at bringing structure to chaos—breaking complex projects into clear, manageable steps and spotting potential risks before they become problems. I’m also good at coordinating between people with different roles and priorities, making sure communication stays clear and everyone stays aligned toward the same goal.
