I’m passionate about women’s empowerment, gender equality, and creating inclusive opportunities that allow individuals to reach their full potential. I have always been passionate about creating opportunities for women and young people, but my journey truly began when I realized how deeply social and cultural norms shape access to education and leadership. While working on international projects in sustainable tourism and digital transformation, I witnessed firsthand the ways in which women are often excluded from decision-making and economic opportunities—even when they have the talent, ambition, and ideas to succeed. This motivated me to dedicate my work to women’s empowerment and gender equality. I began exploring how digital innovation, community initiatives, and education can bridge these gaps, enabling women to participate fully in society and the economy. Each project I’ve been part of has reinforced my belief that real change happens when women are given the tools, platforms, and support to thrive. My TED story is about sharing this vision: a future where gender equality is not just a goal, but a lived reality—where every young woman can access the opportunities she deserves, contribute to her community, and lead with confidence. While many see me as a project developer and researcher, I have a knack for creating practical solutions that empower women and young people. I am also skilled at connecting diverse stakeholders—from local communities to international organizations—to collaborate on projects that challenge cultural norms and open new opportunities for women.
