I am a coach and speaker working at the intersection of voice, presence, empathy, and social responsibility. My work focuses on how communication, listening, and psychological safety shape leadership, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue. I have spoken at TEDxKielUniversity (2015) and TEDxEssen (2025). These experiences strengthened my interest in careful curation and the power of ideas to foster connection and reflection. Based in Hamburg, I support individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating complexity with clarity, empathy, and responsibility. With TEDxHamburgWinterhude, I contribute as a curator and host, creating space for ideas worth spreading and for dialogue about how we shape our shared future.

My idea worth spreading is that how we speak and listen to one another shapes how we relate, decide, and act as a society. Voice, presence, and empathy are not soft skills, but foundational capacities for psychological safety, responsible leadership, and meaningful dialogue. In times of polarization and uncertainty, the quality of our communication determines whether we disconnect or stay in relationship. I believe that when people feel heard and grounded in their own voice, they are more likely to take responsibility — for themselves, for others, and for the future we create together.

My TED journey began as a speaker, when I had the opportunity to share ideas on two TEDx stages. Those experiences introduced me to the depth, care, and responsibility that come with the TED format. Over time, my relationship with TED evolved. What stayed with me was not the stage itself, but the power of well-curated ideas to create connection, reflection, and dialogue.
