I am Valentina from Bologna, Italy, People & Culture Leader with over ten years of experience shaping talent development, leadership capability and organizational transformation in multinational, digital-driven environments. Born in Bologna, Italy, married and mother of two kids, I have built my career on a strong belief: when people feel empowered, valued and included, they become the greatest engine of innovation and impact. My work spans global talent strategies, learning ecosystems, performance enablement and capability growth across Europe, the Americas and APAC. I combine a strategic mindset with empathy and curiosity, creating cultures where individuals can grow and organizations can evolve with purpose. I am deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and gender equity. I actively advocate for breaking systemic barriers and accelerating female leadership representation. This commitment led me to the stage of TEDx Women Bologna, where I spoke about the importance of inclusive leadership in closing the gender gap. Every day, I champion a future of work where diversity is not just respected — it is celebrated as a source of strength. My mission is to help people unlock their full potential and build workplaces where everyone can thrive.
