This Is Mahmodul Hassan Sajib. I'm a community builder and social entrepreneur from Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. And founder of Startup Cox’s Bazar and Topper Platform, initiatives focused on empowering young people through STEM education, innovation, and leadership development. With a background in the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) as a Cadet Under Officer, I have long been involved in community engagement, youth leadership, and social awareness activities. I am passionate about creating platforms that highlight local culture, inspire ideas, and connect communities. Also founded Remote Event Solution, an initiative that designs innovative cultural and educational experiences in Cox’s Bazar. Through my work, I aim to empower youth, promote creativity, and bring meaningful ideas to the global stage.

My journey with TED began when I volunteered. Being part of the event allowed me to see how powerful ideas can inspire people, spark conversations, and bring communities together. It was more than just an event—it was a platform where voices, experiences, and innovative thinking could reach a wider audience. Since then, I have been passionate about creating spaces where ideas can be shared and communities can learn from each other. Coming from Cox’s Bazar, a place rich in culture, youth potential, and natural beauty, I believe there are many untold stories and transformative ideas waiting to be heard. Through organizing a TEDx event, I hope to bring those voices forward, connect local thinkers with a global platform, and inspire young people in coastal communities to believe that their ideas matter and can create meaningful change.
