Born and raised in Rabat, Hamza El Moubarik is a recruitment and talent development specialist dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment. With hands-on experience in HR, employability programs, and entrepreneurship, Hamza has helped connect young talent with meaningful career opportunities, empowering them to develop skills for professional growth. As a co-founder and HR director at Startup Olympus and a contributor to employability programs at Université Al Akhawayn, Hamza has designed and implemented innovative recruitment strategies that have significantly increased opportunities for students and professionals. His work in mentorship, talent sourcing, and community engagement reflects his belief that education, creativity, and practical experience can transform lives and strengthen communities. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Hamza combines his global perspective with a deep local understanding of Rabat to inspire, connect, and empower audiences through actionable ideas and solutions.
