Educator/Teacher

Bio

I am an educator working at the intersection of technology, design, and learning. As Head of Technology and a Robotics & AI facilitator at Mussoorie International School, I work with students across middle and high school to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills. My focus is on making technology meaningful, not just as a tool, but as a way for students to think, question, and create. I also contribute to educator training through CISCE programs, supporting teachers in integrating emerging technologies into their classrooms. I am particularly interested in how students develop ideas and how platforms like TEDx can empower them to express those ideas with clarity and purpose.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about education that goes beyond content and focuses on how students think. I enjoy creating learning experiences where students build, experiment, and reflect, rather than simply follow instructions. My interest lies in combining technology with design and inquiry, helping students become more independent and confident learners. I am also deeply interested in mentoring students to develop their own ideas and express them clearly.

An idea worth spreading

Students should not just be consumers of technology, but thoughtful users and creators who understand its impact on how they think, learn, and make decisions. As technology becomes more embedded in everyday life, the ability to question, reflect, and use it responsibly is as important as learning how to use it.

The TED story

My interest in TEDx comes from the idea of creating spaces where students can think beyond the classroom and share ideas that matter to them. As an educator, I often see students with strong perspectives but limited opportunities to express them in a structured way. Organizing a TEDx event at school felt like a natural extension of my work, bringing together curiosity, communication, and real-world thinking. I see this as an opportunity not just to host an event, but to build a culture where ideas are valued and explored.

Things you might not know

I enjoy working closely with students to refine their ideas and presentations, especially helping them simplify complex thoughts into something clear and meaningful. I also have a strong interest in structuring learning experiences and events in a way that feels engaging but purposeful.
