I’m Hamza Sajid, a student leader and community builder based in Pakistan. I currently serve as Deputy Head Boy at Future World School and have been actively involved in student leadership, media, and youth initiatives for several years. I founded WRIZZ, a youth-led clothing brand, and co-created the Futureify Movement, where we worked to teach digital skills to underprivileged students. Many of those students are now freelancing independently. I’m passionate about building platforms where young people feel heard, capable, and inspired to take action.

That leadership and creativity don’t begin with titles or resources they begin when young people are trusted, guided, and given a platform to act.

My TED story is about how the small decisions students make today quietly shape the leaders they become tomorrow and how giving young people responsibility early can completely change their direction in life.

fixing things before most people even realize they’re broken. I somehow end up being the unofficial crisis manager whether it’s an event running off schedule, a group falling apart, or a last-minute disaster. I enjoy turning “this is impossible” into “okay, that worked.” And strangely, I actually like the pressure it makes me sharper.
