About Carrie

Bio

I’m a Vancouver-based Realtor and founder, currently building something new around how people live and experience their homes and communities. At the core of what I do is a focus on people, how they connect, how they live, and what actually supports them day to day. Real estate is one part of that, but not the whole picture. I’ve spent years teaching yoga and staying grounded in movement and routine, which continues to shape how I approach both life and work. Most of what I do, professionally and personally, comes back to being intentional, creating the right environments, surrounding myself with the right people, and actually following through on the life I want to build. I'm passionate about

Bringing the right people together and creating environments where things feel easy, natural, and real. That shows up in my work, but also outside of it, through movement, running, yoga, and the communities I’m part of. I’m at my best when I’m building something, whether it’s a business, a room, or a moment that people actually want to be in. I care about growth, but not in a forced way. More in the sense of paying attention, adjusting, and staying aligned with what matters.

An idea worth spreading

People wait a long time for things to line up before they make a move, whether that’s where they live, who they surround themselves with, or how they spend their time. From what I’ve seen, it usually works the other way around. You make a decision, you act on it, and things start to shift after that. A lot of what we’re looking for comes from what we’re willing to initiate.

Things you might not know

Making people feel comfortable quickly and connecting dots between people who should know each other. I also tend to take action faster than most once something feels clear, and I trust that more now than I used to. And I don’t wait around for the right conditions. If something matters, I move on it.
