I'm a student of MBA HRD at Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics. I'm also the Co-Convenor of Team Convention which is responsible for organizing the business convention and valedictory ceremony.

I’m passionate about evolving with the constant advancements shaping HR and the business world. For me, every new idea or technology is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow. The excitement of discovering something new keeps me driven toward both my short-term and long-term goals. I believe true progress lies in staying curious, embracing change, and continuously upgrading oneself. Growth isn’t just about moving forward — it’s about evolving with purpose and inspiring others to do the same.

Motivating people to believe in themselves, embracing the art of working smart — not just hard — and adapting to change with a positive mindset. Growth begins when we learn to channel our effort wisely, uplift others, and evolve with the world around us.

Last year, I had the opportunity to be part of the TEDx team for speaker curation, logistics, and engagement. I wasn’t just responsible for inviting speakers, but also for bringing in performers who added a creative spark to the event. We hosted people from incredibly diverse backgrounds — from the army to journalism, from content creators to entrepreneurs. Listening to their journeys and experiences gave me a deeper understanding of how profoundly one’s profession shapes their life and perspective. That experience didn’t just teach me event management — it taught me the power of stories, purpose, and passion in defining who we become.

People don’t often know that I’m good at stepping up when challenges arise. Public speaking and leading under pressure come naturally to me — especially when the situation demands calm and clarity. I enjoy turning moments of crisis into opportunities for teamwork and growth. When others hesitate, I find my voice and guide the team forward with confidence and optimism. For me, leadership isn’t about control — it’s about courage, composure, and bringing out the best in everyone.
