I am an English teacher with a strong passion for education, youth development, and creating meaningful learning experiences. I have experience teaching both young learners and adult students, and I am committed to helping students grow in confidence, communication, and critical thinking. I enjoy designing creative learning activities, integrating technology into the classroom, and supporting students in expressing their ideas. My interest in organizing a TEDx event comes from my desire to provide a platform for students, teachers, and the community to share inspiring stories and innovative ideas. I believe that giving young people access to global conversations can empower them to become thoughtful leaders in the future. I am passionate about teaching and helping young people grow in confidence, not only in their English skills, but also in how they perceive themselves and their potential. My work as a teacher allows me to guide students through their academic journey while also supporting their emotional and personal development. I love creating classrooms that feel safe, engaging, and inspiring. Whether I am teaching pronunciation, guiding students through public speaking practice, helping them overcome learning challenges, or organizing student-centered events, I am driven by the belief that education should empower, not pressure. I am also passionate about bringing creative, meaningful learning experiences into school environments, events, projects, discussions, and moments that remind students that their voices matter. Organizing TEDx is part of that passion: offering students a platform where ideas, courage, and authenticity are celebrated.

As a teacher, I have seen firsthand how today’s students face increasing academic pressure from grades, deadlines, expectations, comparison culture, and the constant visibility of others’ successes online. Many students feel they must always be “enough,” “perfect,” or “ahead,” and this pressure often prevents them from discovering who they truly are. The idea I want to spread is that academic success should not come at the cost of mental health. When students feel safe to express their struggles, supported by their teachers, and encouraged to grow at their own pace, they become more confident, creative, and resilient learners. This idea matters now more than ever. Schools often discuss excellence, but rarely acknowledge the emotional weight that students carry behind the scenes. By giving students the space to breathe, reflect, and be honest about their worries, we empower them not only to succeed academically but to develop lifelong well-being. Through TEDx, I aim to spark a conversation about how schools, parents, and educators can collaborate to redesign learning environments, ones that celebrate progress, humanity, and curiosity, rather than perfection. This idea has the potential to reshape how young people view themselves, their education, and their future.

My TED story began with a simple belief: everyone has a story worth sharing, and sometimes, they just need the right space to tell it. As a teacher, I see every day how powerful a single idea can be. A brief explanation can significantly alter a student's understanding of a concept. A conversation can open someone’s perspective. A story can motivate a class. I’ve always been fascinated by that power. TED inspires me because it turns ideas—big or small—into something that can move people. It provides space for voices that want to challenge, inspire, or initiate a conversation. I want to be part of that movement, especially in a school environment where young people are discovering who they are and what matters to them. By being involved in TEDxSchool, I want to help create a platform where students and teachers can speak bravely, share honestly, and inspire one another. My goal is simple: to make our school a place where ideas grow, where young voices matter, and where stories can spark change.

Most people don’t realize that I’m actually good at turning complex ideas into simple, practical explanations. As a teacher, I’ve learned how to break down difficult concepts so that students of all ages, from young learners to adults, can understand easily. I’m also skilled at observing small details, such as the way students react, the challenges they face, and what they need to feel confident. This helps me adapt my teaching style quickly and create learning moments that feel personal, warm, and human. Another thing people often don’t know is that I’m skilled at designing learning experiences lessons, worksheets, activities, and even events that are clear, organized, and engaging. I work quietly, but I plan deeply. I enjoy creating things behind the scenes that look simple on the surface but actually take a lot of thought.
