I am a marketing and strategy professional with a strong passion for storytelling, community building, and ideas that create impact. Currently pursuing my MBA at IIM Sambalpur, I bring experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and large-scale event management through my work with campus organizations, TEDxIIMSambalpur, and multiple live projects. As a TEDx Organizer, I aim to curate meaningful conversations that spark curiosity, challenge perspectives, and drive positive change. My journey spans influencer marketing, strategic research, content creation, and youth leadership, with a strong belief in the power of ideas to transform individuals and communities. I enjoy blending creativity with structure — whether it is shaping narratives, designing experiences, or building platforms for voices that deserve to be heard.

I am passionate about creating platforms that amplify meaningful voices, building communities driven by purpose, and using storytelling as a tool for social and personal transformation. I deeply value conversations around leadership, identity, resilience, innovation, and human potential.

Ideas become powerful when they are accessible. I believe that knowledge, stories, and experiences should not remain confined to elite spaces but should reach people across backgrounds, regions, and mindsets. When ideas are shared with empathy and clarity, they have the power to spark self-belief, inspire action, and create collective progress.

My association with TEDx began with a curiosity about how a single talk could change the way someone thinks or feels. Over time, that curiosity turned into commitment. As an organizer, I see TEDx not just as an event but as a movement one that encourages people to question, learn, and grow. Organizing TEDx at IIM Sambalpur allows me to combine my love for storytelling with my desire to create impact. Every speaker we curate and every idea we share is chosen with intention to inspire reflection, spark dialogue, and empower our audience to see the world differently. For me, TEDx is about building a bridge between lived experiences and limitless possibilities and helping ideas travel from one mind to many.
