I'm passionate about

I am passionate about coaching, medtech innovation, and human-centered leadership. With a background in global organizations, I’ve learned that true transformation happens when people are empowered to grow — personally and professionally. I believe in a leadership style rooted in empathy, clarity, and long-term vision. My experience in the medtech industry has shown me the impact of technology when combined with purpose and care. I actively explore how neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and coaching can shape the future of organizations and well-being. My goal is to connect people, ideas, and energy to build meaningful and sustainable futures.

An idea worth spreading

The power of Failure

The TED story

I’ve had the privilege of being part of the TED and TEDx community in many different ways: as a speaker, volunteer, and sponsor. Each role has given me a deeper appreciation for the power of ideas, the energy of collaboration, and the beauty of storytelling. I truly admire this community — open, curious, and committed to making a positive impact. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, I’ve always felt inspired by the people I’ve met and the projects I’ve supported. TEDx is more than an event to me — it’s a mindset I carry into everything I do.

Things you might not know

I’m deeply committed to local CSR initiatives, because I believe that real impact starts close to home. In Italy, there is still a strong need to support the most vulnerable — families, children, and individuals facing social and economic difficulties. I dedicate time and energy to projects that promote inclusion, education, and well-being in our communities. Corporate Social Responsibility is not just a strategy for me — it’s a personal mission. I believe companies have the duty and the power to create positive change, and I’m proud to contribute to building a more compassionate and supportive society.
