Bio
I am a Continuous Improvement Advisor at the UK Intellectual Property Office, and have been for the past 5 years. I specialise in building capability on teams and equipping people with the ability to critically question why things are done a particular way. I am also an Agile coach and am passionate about getting teams to aim to work in a flat structure, where they answer to each other instead of a traditional management figure. Trust and empower people and they will do great things.
