Bio

I am a woman who believes that courage changes lives. Not through theory or big slogans, but through everyday acts getting up, speaking up, and doing what feels scary, even when it would be easier to stay silent. That is why I created “Odważnie Po Swoje” (“Boldly Go for Yours”) a mentoring program that shows women that their strength, intuition, and experience have real value in business and in life. I help turn them into decisions, actions, and their own place in the world. In my daily work I move between sales, logistics, and e-commerce. Through Quantum Connect and Heyoo I bring technology and people together, because I believe that tools are here to support relationships not replace them. My mission? To help more women stop asking, “Am I allowed?” and start saying, “I’ve decided I want it and I’ll do it my way.”

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about courage the everyday, real kind that changes lives when someone finally says “now.” I love supporting women in turning their intuition and strength into concrete decisions and actions. I care deeply about authentic sales built on trust, not manipulation. I am fascinated by connecting people through technology, mentoring, and relationships that truly last. I put my energy into creating spaces where others feel safe to be themselves. And on a personal note I love baking and eating sweets, and I run only so I can eat even more of them :)

An idea worth spreading

Courage is not a talent we are born with. Courage is a choice we can make every single day. It shows up in the moment we speak when silence feels safer. It’s in the decision to say “now” instead of postponing everything for “someday.” My idea worth spreading is simple: courage is practical. It’s not about waiting for the perfect moment, but about creating it. When women and people everywhere start acting with courage, they stop asking for permission and start shaping their own future.

The TED story

My TED story begins with one sentence that changed my life: “Act as if you already had the job.” I heard it at a time when I doubted myself deeply. In that moment I realized that courage is not something you’re born with it’s a decision. A decision to stand up and take a step forward, even when fear tells you to stay still. From that day on, I started to go boldly for what I wanted in business, in life, in my dreams. And I saw that the same decision transforms others too. That’s how Odważnie Po Swoje (“Boldly Go for Yours”) was born a mentoring program and a community that teaches people to act without waiting for permission. For me, TED is the space to say it out loud: so that more people stop asking “Am I allowed?” and start saying “I want it and I will do it my way.”

Things you might not know

People often don’t know that I can listen without judgment. You can tell me anything and be sure I will never use it against you, only to support and help you grow. Very often I put the wellbeing of others above my own, because I believe true leadership is about creating space for others to rise. And something more personal: I love animals they teach me patience, presence, and honesty in relationships.
