Dr Alma Trumic Damjanovic is Deputy Head Academic and IB Coordinator at the International School of The Hague, where she has worked since 2007 — first as a Physics teacher and department coordinator, and since 2017 in academic leadership. She holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics and has published widely in her field. A passionate advocate for meaningful education, Alma has spoken at IB Global Conferences and contributed to professional learning communities worldwide. She brought TEDxISH Youth to life driven by a belief that every student, teacher, and thinker has a story worth sharing. For Alma, The Art of Becoming is not just a theme; it is a philosophy she lives and leads by.
