Not because their ideas lack value, but because they’ve never been given the right opportunity to share their stories. When voices go unheard, the world loses potential, ideas that could inspire change, solutions that could make a difference, and stories that could touch hearts. We can create spaces where every person has the chance to be seen, to be heard, and to be valued for who they are and what they have to offer. Because sometimes, all it takes to change a life, or even the world, is to "listen".

I’ve always been fascinated by TEDx talks, I used to watch them on YouTube, drawn to how they inspire and challenge the human mind to give, persevere, and create change. One ordinary day, I came across an announcement that my favorite program "TEDx" was coming to my country. Without hesitation, I decided to take part, it felt like the opportunity I had been waiting for had finally arrived. That was the beginning of my journey with TEDx Shabab St.. It turned out to be an incredible experience, one that allowed us to embody our identity and our message: “We empower, You Achieve!.” We started by empowering ourselves, and soon that empowerment extended to others. We shared our message with the world, a message of hope, strength, and the belief that every small idea can make a big difference when it’s shared from the heart.

What people don’t know about me is that I am deeply passionate about guidance and mentorship. I find genuine fulfillment in helping others develop their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals. I take great satisfaction in supporting colleagues, helping them discover their strengths and overcome challenges.
